Title I Program
Improving the Academic Achievement of the Disadvantaged offers students having difficulties in reading and mathematics the opportunity to receive special help, provides Pre-Kindergarten programs, and the Title I Family Involvement activity. -
Title I Grades K-4
Math Initiative (2004-2005) Title I, Special Education, Title II and LA4 programs united efforts to improve math education in grades K-6 by implementing Everyday Counts Calendar Math. With the upcoming school year, in grades PreK-6, Everyday Counts Calendar Math interactive technology lessons will be integrated into the curriculum. Beginning 2016-2017, grades 7 & 8 will implement Transition to Algebra, a supplemental approach for algebra readiness.Success for All is a reading model that incorporates good strategies for teaching students to become independent, successful readers. In St. Martin Parish, the Success for All program is implemented in schools which span PreK-4 at Parks Primary, Breaux Bridge Primary, and the Early Learning Center.
