Registration for PREK, FOR the 2026-

PreK students date of births must fall between 10/1/2021 and 9/30/2022 to be age eligible for the 26/27 school year!!

Step 1: CLICK HERE to COMPLETE the 2026-2027 Coordinated Enrollment form 

(THIS CAN BE DONE FROM A COMPuter OR IPHONE/aNDROID PHONE)

 

Step 2: After the ABOVE form has been submitted, someone from the Early Childhood Department will contact you (within a few days) via email WITH FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS. Please check your junk and spam folders as well

Once you have been contacted and sent the next steps with the link, be prepared to create an Online Application and upload the following documents:

 

*When uploading files, be sure to click the UPLOAD DOCUMENTS button at the bottom of that screen*

 

Birth Certificate (child)

Social Security Card (child)   

Immunization record (child) 

Parent/Legal Guardian ID

Proof of Income  

(two recent consecutive check stubs for each working parent) 

Click HERE for a Statement of No Income form if  any adult household member claims zero income of any kind.

Click HERE for a Declaration of Irregular Employment from if any adult household member who is employed intermittently, self-employed, or receives cash payments for work.

Proof of Residency

(Current Lease/Rental agreement, mortgage statement, 2025 property tax bill (if the bill is under one of the child's parent's name), or  residency affidavit if you live with someone in their home

AND

Current and up-to-date cable, electric, water, gas, or garbage bill
