You will receive an email from one of the Head Start Family Advocates once we have reviewed your application to continue the registration process. Please be prepared to have the required documents listed below for the next step.

Proof of Income (W-2, 1040A/1040, SSI Award Letter, SSA Award Letter)
Proof of Residency (Lease/Rental agreement, mortgage statement, or residency affidavit if you live with someone and bills are not under your name OR a Utility Bill (cable, electric, water, gas, garbage)
Insurance/Medical Cards
