Weights & Conditioning This is a physical education elective credit and cannot take the place of the required two credits needed in P.E. for Carnegie units. The course is open to all athletes in grades 9-12. Students utilize equipment in the weight room and learn proper techniques of weightlifting and conditioning exercises.
