BINGO with the Principal Students at Parks Primary School with an "A" in conduct for the first nine weeks earned a chance to play BINGO with the principal.
St. Martinville Senior High School utilizes positive behavior interventions and supports (PBIS) to manage behavior at our school. Our students are required to meet established school-wide behavioral expectations. These expectations have been agreed upon by the staff as an effective way to be proactive in managing behaviors.
We expect all of our students to ROAR:
Responsibility: Always Follow Rules and Take an Active Role in Your Education
Organization: Always be Prepared
Attendance: Always be at School, In Your Assigned Area, and On Time
Respect: Always Take care of Self, Others, and the Environment
These behaviors will be positively reinforced throughout the school for the remainder of your child’s high school career at St. Martinville Senior High School. Students are rewarded with ROAR Points and other incentives for meeting our expectations. Our PBIS Store is open each Thursday at lunch in the gym lobby, and students can come in and cash in their ROAR Points. PBIS Day is each Friday for students to utilize the rewards purchased from the PBIS store.
