  • St. Martin Parish School System Opts in for 2016-2017 Community Eligibility Provision for Qualifyin

St. Martin Parish School Nutrition Press Release October 24, 2016 USDA has allowed all Disaster parishes the opportunity to reestablish their 2016-2017 Community Eligibility Provision free claiming percentages and the opportunity to remove or include additional schools into the established cluster for the remaining of the 2016-2017 school year. St. Martin Parish School Nutrition Program has submitted to the State Department a reconfiguration of St. Martin’s 2016-2017 CEP cluster late Friday afternoon. So as of, Oct 24, 2016, the remaining current NonCEP four schools have been approved by USDA for CEP eligibility. The four schools include:

    Parks Primary

    Breaux Bridge High School

    Cecilia High School

    Catahoula Elementary

All students enrolled at the above schools will qualify to receive free breakfast and lunch beginning October 24, 2016 through May 30, 2017. If a student owes money for meals eaten from the start of the school year through October 21, 2016, the money is still owed to the school. Please reconcile your child’s debt with the school as soon as possible. All current CEP schools’ students will continue to be served lunch and breakfast at no charge. These schools include:

    BREAUX BRIDGE PRIMARY

    BREAUX BRIDGE ELEMENTARY

    BREAUX BRIDGE JUNIOR HIGH

    CECILIA PRIMARY

    TECHE ELEMENTARY

    CECILIA JUNIOR HIGH

    EARLY LEARNING CENTER

    ST. MARTINVILLE PRIMARY

    ST. MARTINVILLE JUNIOR HIGH
